It turned out just fine.
I’m not sure why my parents let me make stuff like this at home when there are just 3 of us. That’s a 4 rib roast right there. That’s 8.27 pounds before seasoning with salt overnight.
I got a new espresso setup up and running at work. I get to practice frothing milk and pulling shots now! I have plenty more practice ahead of me, but here’s latte #4.
